Art. 7.° Terminada la obra, el Gobierno de la Union la recibirá por medio de uno o dos comisionados, i si la encontraren arreglada a los términos de este contrato, se estenderá de ello una dilijencia en la cual te declare cumplido el contrato de construccion por la parte de Mier, i a éste en posesiona el privilejio por el término de quince años, de conformidad con lo estipulado en el artículo 6.°
