° Los gremios del transporte terrestre estarán representados en el Comité de Uso Racional de Energía, por un miembro que el Ministro de Minas y Energía designará para períodos de un (1) año, de ternas que le presentarán la Asociación Nacional de Transportadores, Asotrans, la Asociación para el Desarrollo Integral del Transporte Terrestre Intermunicipal, Aditt, la Federación Colombiana de Transportadores de Carga por Carretera, Colfecar y la Asociación de Transporte Urbano.
