Decreto 2260 de 2019 · por el cual se modifican los artículos 2.2.2.46.1.1., 2.2.2.46.1.2., 2.2.2.46.1.3., 2.2.2.46.1.4., 2.2.2.46.1.5., 2.2.2.46.1.6. y 2.2.2.46.1.7. del Capítulo 46, del Título 2, de la Parte 2, del Libro 2 del Decreto 1074 de 2015 - Decreto Único del Sector Comercio, Industria y Turismo.

Modifíquese el artículo 2.2.2.46.1.3. del Decreto 1074 de 2015, Decreto Único del Sector Comercio, Industria y Turismo, el cual quedará así:

Artículo 2.2.2.46.1.3. Derechos por cancelaciones y mutaciones. La cancelación de la matrícula y las mutaciones referentes a la actividad mercantil causarán los siguientes derechos:

1. Cancelación de la matrícula de comerciante 0.34 UVT.

2. Cancelación de la matrícula de establecimiento de comercio 0.34 UVT.

3. Mutaciones referentes a la actividad comercial 0.34 UVT.
