Para efectos de este Decreto adiciónase el artículo 248 del Código de Justicia Penal Militar, en la siguiente forma: Quien destruya o dañe cualquier clase de bienes necesarios para la defensa nacional, incurrirá en la pena señalada en el inciso 2o de dicho artículo.
