Actividades Docentes en el extranjero. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales que desempeñen funciones docentes como profesores o instructores invitados en Escuelas o Institutos de las Fuerzas Militares extranjeras, tendrán derecho a que se les abonen las horas de clase que en ellos dicten para efectos de promoción a la categoría inmediatamente superior, previa certificación y concepto de los respectivos Comandantes o Directores.
