Artículo transitorio 3 . Las Comisiones Consultivas Departamentales y Distrital de Bogotá, adoptarán su reglamento interno dentro de los tres (3) primeros meses siguientes a su conformación. Copia de dicho reglamento interno deberá ser remitida, por la respectiva Secretaría Técnica, a la Dirección de Asuntos para Comunidades Negras, Afrocolombianas, Raizales y Palenqueras.
