Créase la Comisión Interinstitucional para la revisión de la Ley 333 de 1996, de carácter temporal adscrita al Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, que se encargará del estudio y análisis de la figura de extinción de dominio de conformidad con la normatividad vigente, con el fin de evaluar cuál ha sido su operatividad jurídica y de proponer al Gobierno Nacional los ajustes o modificaciones que considere adecuados para hacerla efectiva. La Comisión Interinstitucional para la revisión de la Ley 333 de 1996, funcionará por un término de tres (3) meses contados a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto, el cual podrá prorrogarse por una sola vez, por igual término.
