Art. 6.° El Gobierno conservará en todo tiempo la propiedad de las minas que se descubran en cualquier punto de los terrenos comprendidos dentro del globo general que se va á medir, de manera que toda adjudicación de estos terrenos estará sometida a esta restricción.
