Competencia de los subtenientes . Cuando un oficial del grado de Subteniente, desempeñe uno de los cargos competentes para evaluar oficiales, las evaluaciones correspondientes a éstos serán elaboradas por el inmediato superior. En tales casos, el oficial impedido por razones del grado para evaluar, rendirá al superior inmediato un informe sobre las actividades varias del personal bajo sus órdenes.
