Cuando un Contador Público hubiere actuado como funcionario del Estado y dentro de sus funciones oficiales hubiere propuesto, dictaminado o fallado en determinado asunto, no podrá recomendar o asesorar personalmente a favor o en contra de las partes interesadas en el mismo negocio. Esta prohibición se extiende por el término de seis (6) meses contados a partir de la fecha de su retiro del cargo.
