Cuando el cesionario recibe noticia de un vicio en el instrumento o en el título de la persona que lo negoció antes de haber pagado el monto total de lo convenido, será considerado como tenedor en debida forma únicamente hasta concurrencia del monto pagado por él antes de recibir la noticia.
