De los perjuicios causados a la entidad contratante . Cuando el perjuicio se cause a la entidad contratante, la acción correspondiente será iniciada por el representante legal de la misma o por la Procuraduría General de la Nación. Los empleados de la entidad respectiva deberán suministrar siempre los documentos, informaciones y declaraciones que se les soliciten.
