Apruébanse los estatutos del Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario-ICA, adoptados mediante el Acuerdo número 19 de 1376.de la Junta Directiva de dicho Instituto, cuyo texto es el siguiente: "ACUERDO'NUMERO 19 DE 1976 (agosto 10)' Por el cual se reforman los estatutos para el Instituto, Colombiano Agropecuario - ICA. La Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario ICA, en uso de sus facultades legales y estatutarias, ACUERDA: capitulo i Naturaleza jurídica, duración y sede .
