ARTICULO 333. Deformidad. Si el daño consistiere en deformidad física transitoria, la pena será de uno a seis años de prisión y multa de tres mil a diez mil pesos. Si fuere permanente, la pena será de dos a siete años de prisión y multa de cuatro mil a doce mil pesos. Si la deformidad afectare el rostro, la pena se aumentará hasta en una tercera parte.
