En lo sucesivo no se ordenará pago alguno por el valor de la diferencia entre el billete del Banco Nacional y al numerario, de acuerdo con el artículo 8.° del decreto ejecutivo número 65 de 17 de Enero último, sino dos meses después da que se haya restablecido el orden público;
