Empresas de propiedad del Estado. Las entidades de la Rama Ejecutiva del orden nacional que participen en actividades empresariales a través de empresas de propiedad estatal, de participación mayoritaria o bajo control significativo del Estado, deberán adoptar medidas para el respeto de los derechos humanos en desarrollo de sus actividades y las de su cadena de valor, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 2.1.7.8.2.2.1. del presente decreto y las demás disposiciones aplicables, y deberán articularlo con las políticas contenidas en el Modelo Integrado de Planeación y Gestión.
