ARTICULO 141 . SUPRESION DE EMPLEOS.- Dentro del término de los procesos que se lleven a cabo para ejecutar las decisiones de suprimir, fusionar o reestructurar las entidades a que se refiere este Decreto, las autoridades competentes suprimirán los empleos o cargos vacantes y los desempeñados por empleados públicos y trabajadores oficiales cuando ellos no fueren necesarios en las respectivas plantas de personal como consecuencia de dichas decisiones.
