Para Efectos Del Artículo 56 Del Decreto 3071 De 1968, El Oficial O Suboficial Que, Al Finalizar Un Curso O Exámenes De Capacitación Para Ascenso, Hubiere Perdido Hasta Dos (2) Materias, Tendrá Derecho A Habilitarlas Sesenta (60) Días Después De Clausurado El Curso O Terminada La Presentación De Los Exámenes De Capacitación

Para efectos del artículo 56 del Decreto 3071 de 1968, el Oficial o Suboficial que, al finalizar un curso o exámenes de capacitación para ascenso, hubiere perdido hasta dos (2) materias, tendrá derecho a habilitarlas sesenta (60) días después de clausurado el curso o terminada la presentación de los exámenes de capacitación.

Parágrafo

Cuando se trate de habilitaciones de materias del curso de Estado Mayor, este hecho imposibilita al alumno, cualquiera que sea la nota alcanzada en su habilitación, para ser diplomado en Estado Mayor.
