Si el pensionado aceptare un puesto en la Rama Jurisdiccional, en el Ministerio Público o en lo Contencioso Administrativo, estando pensionado, no podrá posteriormente computar el nuevo lapso del servicio, ni el mayor sueldo devengado durante él, para mejorar el monto de la pensión que inicialmente se le hubiere reconocido.
