Anualmente, a más tardar el 31 de marzo, las Gobernaciones, Intendencias y Comisarías enviarán precisamente al Ministerio de Industrias; y a la Dirección General de Estadística, y publicarán en el periódico oficial, la lista completa de las minas adjudicadas por las cuales se haya pagado el impuesto respectivo hasta el 31 de diciembre del año inmediatamente anterior. Esta publicación se hará de acuerdo con los cuadros de minas abandonadas que se formarán de la manera que ordene el Ministerio.
