Art. 8.° En los casos de los artículos 5.° y 6.°, se hallará la capacidad útil de la cucúrbita ó caldera llenando ésta hasta la boca y deduciendo la 5. a parte ; y en el caso del artículo 4.° se hallará la capacidad útil llenando la cucúrbita hasta el nivel donde comienza el tubo que va al calienta-vino, sin deducción ninguna.
