Determinación De La Base Gravable

Decreto 2654 de 1998 · por medio del cual se reglamenta el Impuesto de Vehículos Automotores de que trata el Capítulo VI de la Ley 488 del 24 de diciembre de 1998.

°. Determinación de la base gravable. Para efectos de determinar la base gravable del Impuesto, el Ministerio del Transporte establecerá, mediante resolución que expedirá antes del 30 de noviembre del año inmediatamente anterior al gravable, el valor comercial de los vehículos gravados, incluidas las motocicletas de más de 125 c.c. de cilindrada, para lo cual tendrá en cuenta su marca, modelo y cilindraje.

Parágrafo transitorio

Para el año gravable de 1999 esta resolución se expedirá antes del 31de diciembre de 1998. Los rangos del impuesto serán los establecidos en el artículo 145 de la Ley 488 de 1998.
