Registro. Los inversionistas del exterior deberán registrar su inversión de acuerdo con lo estipulado en este decreto. El no cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en este artículo se considerará como una infracción cambiaria. El Banco de la República informará mensualmente al Ministerio de Minas y Energía sobre los movimientos de capital del exterior, identificando los inversionistas del exterior, la empresa receptora, los montos y modalidades de inversión registrados.
