En relación con lo dispuesto en el Artículo 22 de la Ley 68 de 1924 , la Junta Directiva, por unanimidad de votos, puede prestar sumas sobre fincas en desarrollo que con la inversión del dinero que el Banco preste puedan producir la renta suficiente para asegurar el servicio de la obligación.
