Articulo 6º . La Tesorería jeneral no espedirá vales por el importe de esclavos que no estén incluidos en el cuadro: Cualquiera omisión se subsanará a petición del interesado, que al efecto debe ocurrir, a la junta de manumision respectiva, para que esta remita a la Secretaria de Relaciones Esteriores noticia del esclavo cuya nominación se ha omítido, i por tal medio se agregue al cuadro jeneral.
