Art. 22. A ningún individuo que pase del territorio de la Nación, Estado o Provincia de ella limítrofe de Colombia, que está en guerra, se le permitirá, al pisar el territorio colombiano, conservar otras armas que las de su uso para la defensa personal. La autoridad política de la frontera recogerá las armas no exceptuadas y las municiones, y las remitirá a la autoridad superior para que sean depositadas bajo la custodia de empleado nacional.
