Art. 12.° La separacion y entrega de los fondos á quese refiere el artículo 13 de la ley 16 del presente año, tendrá lugar de acuerdo con el artículo 14 de dicha ley, con lo dispuesto por la 10.a del presente año, y con lo estipulado en el contrato celebrado entre los Gobiernos nacional y del Estado de Santander en 28 de Julio de 1881 para la constrnccion del Ferrocarril de Soto.
