Utilización de Naves y Artefactos Navales de Bandera Colombiana. Durante el término que se señala en el artículo anterior la Dirección General Marítima estudiar el proyecto de investigación en la esfera de su competencia. Si de este estudio resultare conveniente la utilización de las naves o artefactos navales de investigación de bandera colombiana, así lo hará saber al solicitante, de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 2.4.5.12., 2.4.5.13., y 2.4.5.14., del presente Título.
