º. Supresión de empleos . Dentro del término establecido para adoptar la nueva Planta de Personal, el Gobierno suprimirá los empleos desempeñados por empleados públicos, que no fueren necesarios, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto y de acuerdo con el Programa de Supresión de Empleos que para tal efecto establezca el Ministro de Minas y Energía durante el año siguiente a la expedición del presente Decreto.
