El militar o el civil al servicio de las Fuerzas Armadas, que en ejercicio de funciones relacionadas con el servicio militar obligatorio, ayuden en alguna forma a que los llamados a prestar dicho servicio lo eludan, será sancionado con arresto de tres meses a un año.
