A partir del 1º de enero de 2006, la remuneración mensual de los Procuradores Judiciales I será de: Cuatro millones doscientos ochenta y dos mil seiscientos noventa y cuatro pesos ($4.282.694) moneda corriente. El treinta por ciento (30%) de esta remuneración se considera prima especial sin carácter salarial, de conformidad con el artículo 14 de la Ley 4º de 1992, aplicable a los jueces de la República.
