º . Las Unidades Delegadas de Fiscalías tienen competencia nacional. Funcionan bajo la jefatura directa de la Dirección a la cual están adscritas; en ellas habrá un Fiscal a quien se le asigne la función de Jefe de Unidad o Coordinador de Unidad y una Secretaría. El número de Fiscales y demás cargos de cada Unidad, así como sus sedes de operación, son determinados por el Fiscal General de la Nación de conformidad con el presente decreto.
