Traslado voluntario de las sumas cotizadas al sistema general de pensiones al mecanismo BEPS . La persona que ha realizado cotizaciones mínimas semanales al sistema general de pensiones que no logra cumplir los requisitos para obtener una pensión, puede trasladar los recursos por concepto de devolución de saldos o indemnización sustitutiva para ingresar a BEPS, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 2.2.1.6.4.18. del Decreto número 1072 de 2015.
