En la diligencia de entrega se insertará la parte resolutiva de la sentencia que decretó la expropiación; se identificará con toda precisión la cosa expropiada; y se dejará constancia del pago hecho al propietario y a los demás damnificados del valor de la correspondiente indemnización, expresándose si dicho pago se hizo directamente o por medio de consignación en la forma legal. Tal diligencia, debidamente registrada, servirá de título traslaticio de dominio.
