Si alguno de los que tienen a su cargo los elementos con que se fabrica la moneda legítima, usa de ellos para fabricarla indebidamente o los facilita a otro con ese fin, incurre en la sanción establecida en el artículo 215, aumentada hasta en una tercera parte, y en la interdicción perpetua de derechos y funciones públicas.
