º. El Instituto de Crédito Territorial adjudicará las casas que construya, de conformidad con el presente Decreto, cobrando una cuota inicial del 20%, que será pagada por el Gobierno Nacional como auxilio a los damnificados, y por el resto otorgará créditos amortizables en un plazo máximo de 10 años y en las condiciones acostumbradas.
