Inspección y vigilancia. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículos 171 de la Ley 115 de 1994 en armonía con el artículo 2.3.3.1.8.1. del presente Decreto, los gobernadores y alcaldes distritales y municipales ejercerán las funciones de inspección y vigilancia sobre el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el presente Capítulo y en los demás actos administrativos que se expidan, en atención a lo dispuesto en el artículo 2.3.2.2.1.2. de este Decreto.
