Retención prestaciones. La Dirección General de la Policía Nacional podrá retener las prestaciones sociales de los Agentes de la Policía Nacional, cuando éstos se hallen sindicados por los delitos contra los bienes del Estado previstos en el Código de Justicia Penal Militar, hasta cuando se produjere la sentencia definitiva. En caso de condena, el valor de las prestaciones sociales retenidas se tomará para cubrir el monto de los daños y perjuicios que se haya causado al Estado.
