Los Distribuidores-Comercializadores que tengan contratos de suministro y/o capacidad de transporte con un Productor-Comercializador y/o Transportador de gas natural declararán al Ministerio de Minas y Energía, con copia a los Productores-Comercializadores con quien tengan suscritos sus contratos, dentro del primer mes de cada semestre del año, los volúmenes y/o capacidad de transporte de gas natural destinados a atender la demanda de los usuarios residenciales y pequeños usuarios comerciales, inmersos en la red de distribución, así como también los volúmenes de gas natural demandados por los comercializadores de GNCV que atiendan.

Decreto 880 de 2007 · por el cual se fija el orden de atención prioritaria cuando se presenten insalvables restricciones en la oferta de Gas Natural o situaciones de grave emergencia, no transitorias, que impidan garantizar un mínimo de abastecimiento de la demanda.
