ARTICULO 3o. A partir del 1o. de enero de 1993, el incremento de salario por antigüedad que venían percibiendo algunos funcionarios a quienes se aplica este decreto, en virtud de lo dispuesto en los Decretos extraordinarios 1042 de 1978 y 895 de 1992, se reajustará en un veinticinco por ciento (25%). Si al aplicar el porcentaje de que trata el presente artículo resultaren centavos se desecharán.
