El artículo 32 de la Ley 66 de 1968 quedará así: Las personas registradas ante la Superintendencia Bancaria pagarán a esta contribución como honorario por su vigilante mientras su registro permanezca vigente dicha contribución se liquidará en la forma y cuantía que la Superintendencia reglamente, sin exceder los porcentajes de las que se fijan a los bancos para el mismo período.
