El Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social autorizará a las entidades privadas o públicas que desarrollen actividades de Intermediación laboral a fin de establecer un Sistema Nacional de Intermediación. Para tales efectos el Gobierno Nacional expedirá los reglamentos necesarios.
