Los responsables civiles i militares que no hayan rendido sus cuentas correspondientes al periodo trascurrido desde la perturbación del orden en los Estados de la Costa, en el año de 1875, hasta la terminación de la última guerra civil, podrán hacerlo hasta el 31 de diciembre del corriente año quedando esentos de toda responsabilidad por no haberlas rendido dentro del término señalado en el artículo 2,003 del Código fiscal, que queda reformado por la presente lei.
