Nombramiento de defensor. El po der para la representación del capturado o procesado podrá conferirse en forma verbal ante el funcionario respectivo, en audiencia o diligencia, o mediante escrito presentado personalmente o autenticado ante Juez o Notario del lugar en que se suscriba.
