º. Del representante de los programas de las carreras agronómicas y forestales. El Consejo Profesional Nacional de Profesiones Agronómicas y Forestales convocará a los decanos de las facultades de las carreras agronómicas y forestales existentes en el país, para efectos de que en reunión celebrada por los mismos, elijan por mayoría absoluta de votos de los asistentes a la misma, un representante ante el Consejo.
