Modifícase el numeral 9 del artículo 2° del Decreto 1740 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "Enfoque Diferencial: Para la Evaluación de Riesgo, así como para la recomendación y adopción de las medidas de protección, deberán ser observadas las especificidades y vulnerabilidades por edad, etnia, género, discapacidad, orientación sexual, y procedencia urbana o rural de las personas objeto de protección".
