° La desobediencia a las órdenes de los Gobernadores, Alcaldes o superiores jerárquicos, es motivo de expulsión del cuerpo, que llevará anexa la pérdida de las prestaciones sociales. Los Gobernadores suspenderán inmediatamente a los Oficiarles, Suboficiales o Agentes de Policía que incurrieren en la falta prevista en el inciso anterior, hasta que la dirección nacional del ramo resuelva de manera definitiva. También podrán los Gobernadores, con causa justificada, solicitar el cambio de personal.
