Notificación de la decisión del recurso. Cuando la decisión del recurso de reposición confirma el acto administrativo impugnado, y procede el trámite del recurso de apelación, no es obligatoria la notificación personal de dicha decisión. En caso de que la decisión del recurso ponga fin al procedimiento administrativo, esta deberá ser notificada en los términos previstos en el Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo.
