° La Junta Directiva del Instituto Nacional de Abastecimientos deberá crear dos comités permanentes: uno que vigile el cumplimiento de las disposiciones sobre compras de productos agrícolas, existencias y ventas, y otro que estudie y vigile las facilidades de almacenamiento. Estos comités tendrán las funciones y atribuciones que determine la Junta Directiva.
