El Artículo 129 de la Constitución Nacional quedará así:

El Presidente de la República no es reelegible en ningún caso para el período inmediato.

No podrá ser elegido Presidente de la República ni Designado el ciudadano que a cualquier título hubiere ejercido la Presidencia dentro de un año antes de la elección Tampoco podrá ser elegido Presidente de la República el ciudadano que un año antes de la elección haya ejercido cual haya ejercido cualquiera de los cargos a que se refiere el inciso primero del artículo 108.
